Dr. Allison Adams was born and raised in Southern California. She received her B.S. degree in Human Biology from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City. Dr. Adams continued her education and went on to earn a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles Chiropractic College (Southern California University of Health Sciences) where she graduated on the dean’s list. Throughout graduate school she served on many executive boards for student body clubs, attended multiple seminars nationwide, volunteered at the Venice Family Clinic in Santa Monica, and interned at CSUN's Student Health Center and Sports Medicine Clinic where she was trained in treating Division 1 athletes with various injuries. Dr. Adams is certified in many techniques and continues her education in pursuing more certifications to benefit her community. She has also served on mission trips with the most recent traveling to Lima, Peru and adjusting over 500 poverty stricken people. “Being able to treat patients 4 months to 91 years old was a life changing experience that I will never forget.”
She has also trained to treat children with neuro-developmental concerns such as Autism, ADHD, Epilepsy, Sensory Processing Disorder, and more. Dr. Adams enjoys helping families feel better and live better by focusing on a healthy nervous system.
Dr. Adams is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. She also holds numerous certifications such as The Webster Technique: a chiropractic technique specific for pregnant women, Activator Methods technique, GRASTON Technique, and Rocktape FMT. Dr. Adams is also a BirthFit Professional Provider and an OnBaseU Baseball/Softball Hitting Certified Professional.
